"As a graduate of the Faculty of Accounting and Management Informatics, I can say with certainty that choosing to attend this faculty was one of the best decisions. Throughout the 3 years I met really passionate professors, from whom I had a lot to learn, both academically and professionally. I graduated as valedictorian. The teachers inspired me to pursue an international certification, namely ACCA. Moreover, as a result of my achievements during my studies, I am the recipient of two ACCA scholarships, which will facilitate my access to an international certification. I encourage future students to apply with confidence to CIG!" (Tudoran Ecxarcu Andra, graduate of the bachelor program).
The graduates benefit from exemptions from global professional bodies:
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) – 8 exemptions
Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) – 5 exemptions
Graduates may apply from exemptions from Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
Students are eligible for international mobilities (incoming and outgoing) through the Erasmus + program.
Given the exponential growth in the importance of sustainability in general and in the accounting profession in particular (through sustainability reporting), the Faculty of Accounting and Management Informatics together with ACCA has developed a program to support students (financial and coursework/mentoring) to obtain the ACCA Sustainability for Finance Certificate. The certificate is an important asset
