Description of the program:
The project aims to create a comprehensive approach to promoting business leadership and knowledge, encouraging collaboration, raising environmental awareness, and increasing participant engagement through digital business simulation games. Participants will have the opportunity to apply their business knowledge by running a virtual enterprise and making decisions in areas such as logistics, finance, human resources, procurement, accounting, and marketing. This holistic approach will contribute to participants’ business acumen. Additionally, by integrating elements related to sustainable development goals, we will cultivate an understanding of the impact of business decisions. After running simulations through different business periods, participants will develop a digital decision-support tool that can be used in the business simulation game.
Objectives of the program:
- Promote business leadership: Recognize the functions of a simulated enterprise by applying knowledge of financial and management accounting, taxation, finance, and economic and financial analysis. Take an entrepreneurial approach using e-business simulators in integrated company management.
- Enhance business knowledge: Evaluate and interpret financial statement results arising from a simulated competitive business context. Propose business scenarios using modern technology and innovative business game simulation tools.
- Encourage collaboration: Foster collaboration skills by working with multinational teams on the decision-making processes of simulated enterprises.
- Integrate environmental awareness: Cultivate an understanding of how business decisions impact sustainable development goals.
- Build engagement: Strengthen connections between participants and boost student engagement by using active learning methods.
- Promote critical thinking: decide autonomously on the financial and accounting policies of a simulated enterprise in a competitive context.
